III. Delivery, logistics and distribution

1. Regular orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days after successful payment, and will be postponed on holidays.

2. The logistics time limit is affected by international transportation, customs inspection and local delivery. This site does not promise a fixed arrival time, and unconditional refunds are not supported for transportation delays.

3. If the package is lost, damaged or abnormally detained, subject to the official records of logistics, this site will assist in following up the claim, but will not bear the responsibility of the logistics third party.

IV. Return, exchange and after-sales rules (comply with the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period compliance)

1. Unshipped orders: free cancellation and full refund before delivery.
